Zoopla appoints new product director

Zoopla has appointed Lydia Goldberg as product director.

Goldberg (pictured) will join the property search and information website with over 15 years’ experience in key product roles for firms including Yahoo!, BT and Yell.com. She most recently worked as product director for European Directories.

Goldberg will oversee all trade and consumer product related activities at Zoopla and be responsible for product definition, development and delivery, as well as management of the growing product team at the portal. She will report directly to founder and chief executive officer Alex Chesterman.

He says: “We are delighted to welcome Lydia to the senior team at Zoopla. Her experience and background will ensure that we continue to lead the market in terms of product innovation and continue to be the most useful online property resource for UK consumers and agents.”
